The Brauntex Theatre is a former movie palace located in
downtown New Braunfels, Texas

In 1998 a group of citizens came together to form the Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre Association, to save and restore the aging theater. The theater now hosts national performers as well as local music acts and drama productions.
