Safety Protocols
We continue to be optimistic about the future, but we know that protocols could change as determined by local, state and federal requirements. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
The Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for all who pass through our doors. We will continue to monitor, evaluate, and update procedures according to local and state guidelines. Thank you in advance for helping everyone by being self-aware of your own health status to keep others as safe as possible! With immediate concerns, call 830-627-0808 or email us at boxoffice@brauntex.org. The Brauntex Theatre has put into place the following:
- While masks are not mandatory at this time, all patrons are invited to wear a mask if they so choose. Masks are provided for anyone needing a mask.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the lobbies and restrooms and entrance into the seating areas.
- Special surface and air disinfection occur before and after every performance. Cleaning and sanitation regiments will remain vigilant, especially for high-touch surfaces such as railings, seats, and door handles.
- If Patrons are showing signs consistent with COVID-19 or are feeling ill for any reason, they are asked to please stay home for the safety of others.
- The box office, lobby, and performance hall will open one hour prior to the performance. There is no entry prior to that time.
- Will call is available at the ticket booth located in front of the entrance to the theatre and tickets will be checked at the entrance doors.
In addition to staying in touch with local and state guidelines as well as industry standards, the Brauntex Theatre is abiding by local, state, and federal government executive orders. These procedures were updated on January 1, 2023, and are subject to change.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable experience while keeping you as safe as possible.
